case of interest, ask S&P for professional expertise concerning
the technical condition of the boat.

Should you decide to buy a boat, you must sign the purchase contract

Then, in co-operation with S&P, handle all necessary documents

2) What kind of services do you provide
while purchasing?
One of the main S&P aim is to provide complete services to the seller
as well as to the buyer. The buyer must be sure that all documents
are truthful and the price is equal to the price on the market. At the
same time, S&P confirms that the boat is or was registered in the
Maritime Registry Book. S&P play the role of trustee for all documents,
and as the place of the money transfer. S&P can also ensure other
services for the buyer including the boat's insurance, registration,
transfer of the boat to a certain location, financial consulting etc.
3) What are the guarantees?
Unless the buyer and seller decide otherwise, there is no guarantee
on the purchase of a used boat. In co-operation with the buyer, S&P
is obligated to check the technical condition and the accuracy of the

a complaint on this matter.
